NEW NUDISTS and words of advice.... — Rules for posting in here on True Nudists

In the Main Chat room two different people said they were new nudists and had just tried "Public". One did it for 30 minutes and felt uncomfortable. Another one went to a Nude Beach and had the time of her life. Both are looking for answers and advice about Nudism. So I am making this post for them and other new nudists who might be a bit confused in this new world of nude.I am going to start off.........if you are a female, you visit a nude beach, and get naked for the day.......do not go alone. True Nudists are very fine people, but this isn't a perfect world and at a nude beach you have no idea of what type of people sneak in. To the uncomfortable one......millions of people enjoy nudism. Such a wonderful feeling being free and they are such nice people. And they will never judge you, no matter what size, shape, age, etc. But it isn't for everybody. If it isn't in your comfort zone, don't do it. Find another hobby. But if your still interested but uncomfortable.....go back and do it in stages. I've met different types of nudists. At my club there are nudists who want to be nude 24hrs a day. Other types only practice nudism on vacation at a resort, or only when they swim or only in the hot tub. Then there are Home Nudists who love to be nude at home with their partner, but not with others, or with another couple only. Search your heart and your options. Do what is comfortable for you!

I concur with what you say! I said similar to another forum I replied to today. if it is not in your comfort zone, do NOT do it! I do not like the sheep mentality, of people feeling they have to do something to "fit in". The great naturist/nudist organisations worldwide are a friendly/helpful place for people to belong to. We know everyone has their own level, and their own time. Do not feel rushed or pressured! Anyone who tries to bully you into "getting your kit off"!, one would suggest, you get out of the place. We were all raised, and still have, many different ethics and values. It takes some people a while to get used to being topless, or then in their under-wear. The beautiful thing is, if, someone is left alone to feel safe and comfortable with revealing their self in their own time, what a peace they feel. Pushy people and predators are a pollution on us all, to be honest. Hope this helps also?Take care all and stay nude, Andrew:)
