Problems with the certification...........HELP

  He mandado las fotos necesarias para que me den la certificación pero aún no tengo respuesta. El certificado original no pude imprimirlo pero lo escribí (no tengo impresora) Aún no tengo respuesta ni de si vale o no la certificación, ¿podéis orientarme de por qué ocurre eso¿ ¿cuánto tardan en ser certificado y poder poner fotos?
