Well I'm not really sure where to start, so I thought why not start a forum thread. Great place to collect tips, and for others to share their success / failures.

    Does short term or weekend stays appeal to you? I know someone who has allowed for weekend couch surfing situations to test compatibility that developed into several month rental agreements.
