I keep uploading a few photos to my profile and within a day they are gone. The definitely follow the guidelines so Im not sure why this is happening. Any thoughts?

JohnMay 11, 2019My suggestion is become a site moderator. It seems they can post just about any type of photo they feel like while us mere mortals get photos removed that follow all the guidelines.
I had one photo removed several times without explanation but I kept reposting it until it stuck.A new site moderator has photos that I can only describe as pornographic but they wont be removed.

CajuncubOriginal PosterMay 12, 2019I will check the size and format, but they should be the same as the 2 that are there. I wish they would give an explanation when they take them down.

Same experience. Does a full frontal have to show the face.

JohnMay 14, 2019But if you're one of the "in" crowd, this photo is perfectly acceptable.

SteveMay 14, 2019
Yes, you can't show genitals if you're not showing your face.
I clearly remember this rule, but it seems to have been quietly removed from the site maybe a couple of years ago.ReactReply - JE
JerryMay 15, 2019Well, I joined the site about a week ago. I was certified in less than 24 hours after submitting the two photos. I uploaded a couple other photos the same day, and about 3 days later deleted 2 of the 3 I had uploaded (I didn't like how the poor camera choice made my belly look even fatter than it really is). The third photo I uploaded has been my profile photo ever since I uploaded it, and I have not paid for membership yet. Right now my wife of over 30 years "tolerates" my nudism most of the time, but she doesn't like the possibility of others (especially women) seeing me naked, so I haven't spent any money here yet. I want to see if it looks like it will be worth the investment.

McdcvsMay 15, 2019I joined TN a couple of years ago. When I first joined, uploaded photos set in a "Pending Approval" state until the administrators had a chance to approve them. It would sometimes take days. If you were posting photos of an event, approval may happen well after the event is over.
I believe, because of the complaints, the administrators changed the policy. Photos are now available instantly. I think that they have also authorized other members to server as "Photo Moderators" and that is why you see such a discrepancy in photo approvals. What is offensive to one is perfectly fine to another. The interpretation of the rules then becomes varied and can be a popularity decision.
The one picture of the welcome page showing piperl spread legs can be interpreted differently in that it could be that she was just caught falling. reading her post, she has complained about photos she has posted being removed because they didn't follow the face rule.
Yes it would be great if there was better communication between the site owner/administrators on a lot of different issues. They do have an area in forums for questions and site upgrades or you can message TeamTrue or Teamtrue2 directly and ask. I know that they have at least 2 sites that they own and they may have other jobs outside of their web sites so it may take a few days for an answer.

SteveMay 15, 2019
. And i cannot find any link or way to change my profile pic to one of the others posted.
Go to "my media". Find the photo you want to promote, and click on the push-pin icon below it.ReactReply - JO

JohnMay 28, 2019Uploaded a photo this morning, @pilotmike commented on it several hours later so I know it posted, and now "poof" it's gone.

I have been on this site a long time now but I have noticed the rules do seem to be applied inconsistently. Perhaps it's a function of how difficult it is to monitor all the postings given the volume. One thing I have noticed lately is that it used to be that photos of erections were never permitted and I have encountered about a dozen such photos in the last few weeks. Personally I have no issue with such photos but I mention this only to highlight the inconsistent applications of rules. As far as I know pictures of erections are still not permissible.

MeAug 4, 2019I'm having the same issue. I followed the 6 rules on the upload page but picture is gone after a day or two. However, the ambiguous rule 6 says: "Please rotate, crop or adjust all photos, prior to upload. Improperly uploaded photos will be removed." Rotate, crop, or adjust towhat? Where are the size and orientation specs listed? I keep getting bombarded with "upgrade your account" banners but considering this, amongst all the other non-operational and poorly designed aspects of this site, they aren't really making a case to get money for it.ReactReply - IR
IrvingAug 15, 2019I uploaded some nude of me and they were gone next day.
