Weird posts are hacks?

There have been a couple of obviously flaggable posts today, both apparently made by members who've been on the site for several years and who have fairly ordinary profiles. Oddly, the forum posts don't appear in those members' feeds, although others of their posts do. Is it possible the posts are being made by a hacker, and not by the individuals whose screen names appear on them?

    I've been saying for a while I suspect someone was logging on with a new name and posting a stupid or inappropriate post then having a right laugh at the comments. Hacking people seems a bit extreme.

    I notice that these posts haven't appeared in your or my feeds, either, so maybe that reature's not consistent, or is slow, or whatever - not a sign of malicious irregularity.
