One of my coworkers lives in the same apartment complex as I do. Him and I are pretty close. Our conversations know no bounds...nothing is off limits so-to-speak. Basically a bromance, i guess. There's a great sense of camaraderie between us.
Above all he knows I'm a nudist. My apartment has a sign that says "Notice: may encounter nudity beyond this point". We've talked, him and I both sleep naked, and he's interested in trying a Korean Sauna with me some time. So he has no trouble with nudity, however he doesn't consider himself a nudist. But still, when I gave him the spare key to my place when I moved in, I let him know to use it wisely because he might walk in on me naked.
Well, over the last few months, he's come over to pick-up or borrow things, I'll be in just gym shorts or naked and covered by a blanket, since I knew he would be over. One night, we came back to my place after having dinner together. We were gonna watch a movie, so I pushed the boundary and stripped down to my underwear, without asking. A couple minutes later he took his shirt off and unbuckled his pants. We stayed that way the whole movie. Obviously nothing sexual, as he's straight, and I'm not trying to make these kind of experiences something they're not. Movie finished, he gathered his things, we hugged good-bye and I thanked him for letting me be me, and for joining in. He responded "of course, it's your place. I hate wearing pants too, and I would've joined but I have holes in my underwear". After he walked out my door I stripped down all the way, and come to find out a few weeks later he said he saw my bare ass through my window haha, he gave me a compliment on it and that was that. So I took that as a sign that I could start taking it up a notch.
About a week ago before a party at his place, I went over early to help him with some cleaning. He was taking a nap first, so I let myself in and hung with his roommate (a previous coworker of ours). My friend woke from his nap and made a joke (from his room) that i didnt come say hello. So i walked into his room, he's under his covers and i joke about him being naked under there. He flashed his ankles and we laughed. We talk a few minutes then he tries to get his underwear from the floor and the put them on while still under his covers. But he didnt stay covered very well and i saw just about everything. I joked that I've basically seen him naked at this point and doesnt need to hide it. He laughed and said "oh i don't care about that, it's just chilly and didn't want to get out from the blanket".
Again the bar has been raised and i figured I'd be naked in front of him the next time he comes to my place. Something casual, nothing show off-y. Tried to get him to the saunas over the weekend or over to watch a movie, but he's been busy.
Come to this morning. I decided to work from home and so i slept in a bit. I woke to a text from him asking if he could borrow the company van to transport some large equipment. Knowing i wasnt going in, i told him to just come pick up the keys from my place whenever he was gonna head into work. I get out of bed, use the restroom, only a couple minutes had gone by and my coworker walks into my apartment. I didnt have time to put any shorts on, so i figured it was a perfect opportunity. I sleepily greet him...in the nude. He's happy to see me, we have a brief conversation while I'm grabbing the keys. Then i see him to the door. He tells me he'll have my keys back to me at the end of the day and i just told him I'll be home. It felt nice!
Part of me wanted to explain to him in the moment and after he left why i was naked, or apologize if i made him uncomfortable. It's just my nature. But i thought about our history together and how comfortable we are with one another, and how he acknowledged that he could possibly see me naked in my own place, so i refrained from saying anything about my nudity. I feel like this makes it more normal between us anyway. And hopefully he may now feel even more comfortable to join in on hanging naked with me.

My neighbor/coworker and I have great camaraderie and I finally felt comfortable enough, and had a perfect opportunity to be naked in front of him this morning. In a casual, nonchalant, nonsexual kind of way. He didnt seem to bat an eye about it either.

UPDATE: he came back to drop my keys off. He came in and I was finishing up some work. I invited him in and we sat and talked for an hour about random things. I ended up bringing up this morning, and even mentioned I was naked during our virtual meeting in the middle of the day. He said he figured I would be. Haha. He left to go make himself dinner, and as he was leaving, I let him know that if he ever felt comfortable, he'd be more than welcome to strip down too. He said, "If I was staying longer, I definitely would". We had a nice hug goodbye and now I'm feeling real good that I have a friendship such as this where I can be naked and he is accepting of it, and even willing to join in. I find it rare for straight, textile men to join in on this, so it's great that he's so comfortable with me.

First go with him in a sauna. Then if he likes it go with him to a nudist beach. If he does not like it no problem. I was once with a coworker in a sauna and for him it was too much nudity. Then you know if he is willing to be a nudist or not.

AnthonyNov 4, 2024I have a couple of friends (one a former co-worker, the other a friend thro church) whom I've shared a shower with (naked) after the gym on a few occasions.
Going back a few years, when I bought my first house I had a younger straight lodger (his gran was actually a friend of my mother). One morning I realised he had overslept for work and knocked on his bedroom door and poke my head round to tell him he needed to get moving - he immediately through the duvet back and sat up stark naked - I quickly backed out of the room so as not to embarass him. But then a few weeks later, I came home from work and rushed up to the loo, not realising he had come home early and was in the bath. I backed off quickly and apologised. He said 'no problem; come in an use the loo if you want - I'll pull the shower curtain across'. So I did. As soon as I finished peeing and flushed the loo, he pulled the curtain back and started talking to me quite naturally about our respective days at work. As he was immersed in the water, I couldn't really see very much, but it was clear he was quite relaxed being naked in front of me.
Shortly after that, we decided to decorate his bedroom. and I gave him the option of moving his bed into my study (which was quite poky), or into my large bedroom, while the work was going on, and he chose the latter. As I knew now that we both slept naked and he wasn't too bothered being seen, the first night, he followed quite quickly after me when I went up to, and I made a point of undressing in front of him and taking my time getting into bed. He then proceeded to finish undressing as we chatted, and gave me a very relaxed full frontal view as he got into bed.
We carried on chatting and I mentioned something about him being very relaxed being naked in front of me, and he explained that his parents were both naturist and he had grown up going with them to their caravan on a naturist site, and while it wasn't particularly his thing, he did still spend the odd weekend with them there, and didn't have a problem being naked around other people. So from then on, we made no effort to cover up in front of each other around the house (though we never really sat around naked watching tv or anything) and shortly after both joined a gym where we would shower together and be naked in the sauna, and were quite relaxed about using the bathroom when the other was in the shower or bath. BaldilocksNov 4, 2024I was hired to remodel a Dr Office over 2 years ago. I quickly became friends with the Office Manager, female, and since we are both single and I was cruising on Carnival Cruise Line solo, I invited her to join me on a cruise. She was hesitant at first, but when I explained it would only cost port fees and taxes for the 2nd person, and the beds could be 2 twins or 1 king so she didn't have to worry about sharing a bed, she quickly agreed. She fell in love with cruising and has been on probably 10-15 with me since. We also travel together quite often to land based destinations. We have became great friends, and I am always naked whenever we are in a cruise cabin or in whatever accommodations we have at our other destinations. I have seen her naked a few times, but only because I have been in the room whenever she has had a shower, or she's getting dressed for an occasion. She doesn't hide or shy away like she used to, but she also doesn't remain naked like I do. She definitely doesn't complain about me being naked. She even joined me on Haulover Beach in Miami last year when we had an entire day waiting for our flight after a cruise. She remained dressed while I was completely nude. We even walked the beach quite a while, and of course we encountered several nude people. She definitely doesn't have any issues with my lifestyle nor being around other nudists, but she's not comfortable being nude around others. We remain great friends and will hopefully be lifetime companions because she is a great person and we really have a great time. I am so grateful there is no pressure for the relationship to be anything more. I truly love her but not in a romantic way. I have 2 ex wives and neither of those relationships were ever as good as our relationship, and I definitely don't want to ruin a good friendship with sex or anything else that might cause stress between us.

Sounds like a great experience and thanks for sharing. After years of being socially nude and visiting various resorts and legal nude areas, it was bound to happen: I ran into someone I knew! It wasn't awkward at all; in fact, it was quite a pleasant surprise. And don't forget, they're there for the same reason as you - because they enjoy social nudity. I arrived at a resort and made my way to the pool area, finding a chair and arranging my towel. Out of the corner of my eye, I thought I recognized someone, but didn't think much of it. Then, I heard my name being called and turned to see my barber standing there completely naked! We both chuckled and exchanged the usual "I had no idea you came here!" comments. He asked if it was weird seeing each other naked, to which I replied with another chuckle that it wasn't really weird at all. We ended up moving our chairs closer together and having a lengthy conversation about our experiences as nudists - where we've been, where we want to go next. The next time he cut my hair, we briefly discussed what it was like running into each other at a nudist resort again before diving into more nudist-related topics. Over the years, we have even traveled together and coincidentally ended up at the same nudist destinations without planning it. We see more of each other at these types of venues vs. his shop, because I have gone bald and don't need a haircut any more! LOL!

Long ago when I was in high school my best friend would always be over my house and I was usually just wearing my fruit of the looms.. During the summer I would skinnydip in the pool and he was always cool with that. After that summer I would always be nude at home and he would shake his head about it but not really have a problem with it. Eventually the next summer he would skinnydip and sun with me.

This was about 12 years ago. Me and a couple co workers were chatting about getting fit and one of them suggested we join his gym and work out together.
On the first day we proceeded to the changing rooms and to my disbelief the showers were open communal ones. Glancing around room couldnt see any stalls.
This filled me with dread. Throughout the work out it played on my mind that I was going to end up naked in front of them unless they just wanted to go straight home and shower there.
Workout done and my mate said shall we hit the showers. Not to be weird and say I was heading home I reluctantly hit the showers. Remember that feeling of stripping in front of them and hitting the showers. I was nervous although did beaches etc this was different as I had to work with these guys on a daily basis.
I knew they were going to uncover my secret of having a less than average penis.
After being in a few minutes and realising we had all checked each other out my nerves calmed.
I was of course the smallest lol and the fact I was gay and other 2 were straight they didnt make it feel awkward.
One joked and said he thought Id be packing bigger!!! Dont know if that was his way of saying he was cool with it.
