Body Scrub (actually getting my first one in about 13 hours from now 1:30 central time December 27th) Any thoughts

So tomorrow is my first body scrub im 33 and have never had one in my life so kinda interested to see how it turns out. My skin isnt super dry but is a little bit. I think that getting the full body exfolicated is really good way to have the dead skin to come off and start fresh and renewed. Any comments or thoughts on what to expect or how i should expect the appointment to go? Any details? Thanks!
