For those of us who visit nude places (resorts, clubs, etc) and with the exception of removing your clothes, what does everyone enjoy most and least when naked in a social setting? Also wondering how many people here go to these places?

Myself I think what I enjoy most is relaxing next to a pool and learning about the person next to me. What I least enjoy is probably getting burned, conversations tend to distract me (squirrel) and sunscreen reapplications get forgotten.

I do visit one club now (Valley View Recreation Club in WI) but I've been to numerous other ones in the past. Right now VVRC is the closet and nicest one to me.

Enjoy most: The feeling of the sun & air over my entire body.
    Like least: Being hit on.

I was a member of Lake Como Club in FL for several years. I've visited numerous beaches many times.

In addition to being naked, the freedom, and feeling breezes , I really enjoy how friendly most all nudists are. Living in south Florida we have perfect weather, nearly all year around, to enjoy nude parks, camp grounds and beaches.
BTW- I am looking for travel buddies

I enjoy seeking thermals with a radio controlled power glider.

No, I do not have cameras on it.

These days, everyone is so paranoid about 'drones' (multirotor model aircraft) taking pictures of them, it sometimes gets some attention. However, I have been thermal soaring at our home club for many years, long before 'drones' were available, most people are fairly used to it.

Only been to the resort once but I'm planning on doing it regular, at least once a year to start with. Maybe more often eventually. I really loved the experience.

I started social nudity in a friends swimming pool. Later I experienced true social nudity at nude resorts and beaches in Europe. After that no turning back!! Now my most enjoyable things are working in my yard nude, to include cooking on the BBQ grill or having a small group of friends over for a spa party in the back yard.

I like spas, hot ponds, saunas because they draw people together and make good conversational settings - although I won't spend much time in one if it's in full mid-day sun. And hikes/walks, where there's space.

I like least the transitions in and out - figuring out just when and how to undress and redress

I like the same things at naked social settings as in clothed in social settings--good conversation, food, playing games, etc. I really love outdoor rec especially hiking with people who have interesting things to say.

The thing I like least is dragging a towel around to sit on when I am mingling at a party. I am happy to observe the etiquette I just have to keep reminding myself. At home the towels stay put on the chairs I use most.

Nothing beats a relaxing European style nude coed sauna. Really tough to find this in North America.

We love driving the golf cart while nude at the resort.
Stopping to talk or giving a ride, having a beer or two along the way.

We have 2 carts at our place but really don't need both of them. I will often meet an overnight visitor renting a cabin and offer them our extra cart. It makes seeing the 70+ acre club more enjoyable and gives them a welcome sense to the place. Pool side with friends on a hot day with an adult beverage is my meca. For my wife I almost think it's her club projects and landscaping around camp.

Favorite activity at Laguna Del Sol is the Friday & Saturday night dances at the clubhouse. Usually it is a DJ dance and they take requests. Sometimes they have a live band ( mostly holiday weekends ) and we avoid those nights as it is too loud and crowded.

We've been to dances at LDS and Cypress Cove. LDS allows full nudity while dancing. In the past Cypress Cove made you 'dress' with at least t-shirt and shorts. But about 5 years ago they relaxed that rule and allowed nude dancing as long as you did not get too showy.

Actually what we enjoy doing doesn't change when we escape the fabric. I've always enjoyed camping, hiking, horse riding, gardening, etc. Doing them without clothes is a little different, and more enjoyable sometimes. Mostly I have to stay dressed when going with anyone else, or where there will be anyone around. Because I have no nudist friends locally. The only nude recreation and work I do is in isolation back in my woods. And while I've only had one resort visit so far, and it was limited to what was available on a small property. I aim to seek out many more nude recreation opportunities as I have opportunity to go places.

We used to be members at Laguna Del Sol in Sacramento, CA. Every Friday & Saturday night they had DJ dances at the big clubhouse. We would generally meet up with some friends and get a few drinks and dance the night away. Always fully nude.

When we first started going, about 15 years ago, we would both wear coverup shirts, and my wife would ditch hers after a couple of dances. I would follow suit soon there after. Sometimes I had to put the shirt back on, if I got too obvious. But after a few times I got better self control and we quit wearing the shirts at all during the dances. We still wore them walking from the trailer to the clubhouse and back because it could get quite chilly at night. We would take them off and use them on the seats instead of carrying towels to sit on.

We are unable to attend most naturist resorts because there is a hard core of smokers who light up regardless of who is next to them.

As someone with a serious life limiting allergy to nicotine smoke it is impossible to enjoy a social naturist environment abroad. It is not possible to have pea nuts on a plane as there are some people who could have an anaphylactic shock and quite rightly for this reason peanuts are banned from aircraft. However for someone who has the same anaphylactic reaction to nicotine there is not the same consideration.

Many people at resorts just light up and blow the smoke into your face from the adjacent loungers completely selfish in their addiction with regards to others around them.

It is particularly bad in restaurants as the restaurants fronts to the pool sides are open so the smokers smoke gets blown into the bars.

So for that reason the worst thing possible is the threat of imminent death caused by selfish smokers. Would love resorts to have smokers areas or a small area for non smokers so they can have a safe place to go if they suffer from the very real anaphylactic shock prospects from smokers.

Otherwise the best would be lying in the sun feeling the heat and cooling off in the water.

Smokers in general tend to be some of the most rude people on earth. Letting their toxic smoke drift all around forcing other people to breath it who hate the smell and don't want the toxins in them. And they seem totally oblivious to what they're doing. I really don't understand why anyone would want to inhale toxic smoke anyway, one of the stupidest things people do.

Pickleball is fun. It's weird wearing sneakers and socks. And nothing else.

The conversations are more real, I think. More authentic and warm. That's what I like most.

Surfing is my first thing I like to do. I go to the beach a lot so if the surf isn't great, then I just go for a nice long 3 mile walk. Sometimes I do a little hiking since the beach has a bluff and lots of trails. If I go to a resort then it is just sitting by the pool or just walking around.

    :) Hi Oldnudedude.

The most favourite thing to do would be to visit a nude resort and enjoy the pool. The least favourite due to health allergy is going to a naturist resort and enjoying the pool because it isn't possible due to the fore mentioned.

Hope this makes it relevant to the topic which it is. Best wishes have a great day. and don't feel bashed.

    Kindest Regards J&J
