  We have nine neighbors, all of whom would have to see through a fringing woods or walk over, in order to see the part of the farm where we spend nude time. Three of them - those closest to the house - have seen us naked, in all cases, at first, when they've dropped in unannounced and found us naked outside.

  In one case, the neighboring couple were apparently uncomfortable, although it didn't entirely stop them from coming over, and in subsequent visits we made some effort to be dressed when they visited. One time, they came across the place to hunt pigs, and greeted me through the screen of our workspace, where I was standing behind a worktable, but plainly naked.. (In later years, they've socially withdrawn from all the neighbors, us included. )

  In another, a mother and her two adult children, the mother dropped in for something and seemed unperturbed (she's a retired nurse) and her son, likewise.

  And in the third, the neighboring couple don't mind, and in fact at least the husband is grateful to know he can go naked in his own yard and not bother us, and has walked over to visit naked a few times.

  Never has a neighbor spotted us naked when they haven't visited. We've built pretty good privacy into our layout.

  Only 10 minutes back, in fact; have been skinny dipping in/out of the pool all afternoon.
  
  Hopped out for the last time and was standing drying off as she reversed her Tesla out - a paling fence between us.
  
  As I had my back to the fence (at first) I wasn't sure what I was hearing (turned out to be the Tesla rolling over leaves).
  
  She stopped and paused to take in the moment.
  
  I came out to her a month or so back. She dropped some items to our front door. I did the right thing and answered towel around my waist, but equally thought it was high time my neighbours know my love of being nude.
  
  She went a tad red when I said "I swim in different attire to most, in fact I swim in no attire at all". But then returned to normal conversation!

  Many of my neighbors have seen me nude. Being most of us hold memberships at the nudist resort next door to us. We try not to be caught by the textile neighbors in our community.

  It's quite a regular occurrence in the summer, I live in one of 4 apartments with a communal garden, it quite big so there's room for people to spread out and not be on top of one another, I always sunbathe nude, none of them do but no one seems to mind and we just chat normally like you would to a neighbour, one lady, who has since moved, used to go topless if I was out there, think it just gave her the confidence to strip off a bit more if I was out there naked,
  Yet to find out about the new neighbour, they moved in in November, so not had a summer there yet!!!

  I live in a city, and there are 3 neighbors who could view me sunbathing on my elevated deck. I artfully arange my large grill and a couple beach towels draped over the rail, and have a very nice private place for myself. I prefer not to impose my body to people who stick to themselves. Respect those who like to share nudist philosophy and practice, but I'm not one of those folks.

Respect those who like to share nudist philosophy and practice, but I'm not one of those folks.[/quote] I get your point about not imposing yourself on people who stick to themselves, but we all get on well, and I feel I should qualify, there is a large part of the garden that is not overlooked, not even by the apartments, windows front and back mainly look out over parking spaces, no windows on side wall except my bathroom window, otherwise I would be a bit more concerned, if people had visitors and could see from windows, but that part of the garden can only be seen if you're in the garden, And yes, there is a fine line between " imposing" yourself , and being free to live how you want, but I also think context is everything, and I think if we all totally hide away we will never move any further forward to normalizing nudity, in the context of a hot sunny day, sunbathing nude shouldn't be an issue .....in my opinion....

  I have lived here in my rural setting old farm house 34 years as of today!. Part of the reason I bought it was there was no other home in view and on a gravel road with minimal traffic. An couple close to retirement age owned the 80 acres to the north. Shortly after I moved in they built their retirement home on that land. Because of the slight hill and curve in the road they could see into my backyard , but from 2/10 of a mile away. I wondered if they noticed my nude backyard time. One sunday morning he stopped by unannounced. I decided to settle it once for all and greeted him nude at my front door. He did a double take and we chatted a bit but he made no negative comment. A few days later
  he stopped by again and I again greeted him in the buff. No comment, so I took that as an ok. From that day forward if he came by I was bare. I think the couple of times he caught me clothed he was more surprised.

  I dont actually know, I live naked and am always popping outside to the bin, the garage etc totally naked. I have been out the front door naked many times as well as in the back garden

  We are over looked and in the summer I sunbathe naked. Last year I even had a friend join me.

  None of my neighbours have ever commented or complained. so whilst i think they must have i dont actually know. I have seen my neighbour naked last summer when he was doing housework in front of his patio doors

  Yes, I was working graveyard shift and sleeping during the day, my wife would lay out in the backyard and sunbathe naked.Got up one afternoon and went outside and her and the neighbor were both sunbathing naked. As I sleep nude, I went and joined them.she didn't mind at all.

  My neighbors have probably seen me nude more than once, but there is only one time that I know for sure. No other houses are visible from mine, but with nothing but a barbed wire fence separating our place from the neighbors, they could easily see me from their pasture.

  The one time I'm certain they saw me was several years ago. I was out working in the barn and didn't see or hear them until three women came up to the door. One was the lady from next door. I have no idea who the other two were. I've never seen them around the area before or since, so I assume they were just some friends of hers. She just came to tell me that some of her horses had gotten out and were in my hay field. None of them showed any reaction to my nudity. They just told me what they were doing and then went out to catch the horses and take them home.

  Yes,was mowing my lawn, all I had on was gym shorts, no shirt.neighbors walked by and said that would be more comfortable naked, and I said yes it would but the neighbors might disagree, he said he mows his backyard naked and they spend a lot of time naked in the backyard. and they invited me over for a few beers, which I accepted. They had a 8 foot privacy fence back there. I promptly stripped off and we enjoyed a pleasant afternoon,all of us naked.

  I have a decorative plant in my small front yard that has really delicious leaves. One morning I decided I'd like some in my omelette. I poked my nose out the door, looked both ways, then made a dash for it. Just as I got to the plant, I caught a movement in my peripheral vision. It was the guy next door. I spun around and sprinted back inside. I saw him later that day to ask forgiveness for my indiscretion. He laughed it off and said he didn't mind. But since then, his wife, who wasn't home at the time, is polite but not friendly. I had just put up a privacy fence at no cost to him. And the couple times the topic of the fence has come up, I remind him that it's so no one needs to see me nude. We're on good terms but not good enough for me not to be careful.

  Early this morning was making my bed with my sliding door open and screen on. Getting some cool air, neighbor lady from a few blocks away was walking by with her dog. ( About a year ago she went to the store for me I threw a long shirt on and as she handed my groceries and I paid her , my shirt was open and she saw everything.)

  So today I just said high in front of the screen door, talked for a few minutes, she seamed unfazed? I wasn't wearing a thing...Was half tempted to step on the front deck, but I stayed behind the screen.

  does former neighbor count? A guy who used to live down the road from me and had caught me nude several times over the years had moved away 5 or 6 years ago. We reconnected thru FB and today since he is off on vacation from his 2nd shift job, could stop by so we could catch up
  He was here for about 1.5 hrs I greeted him nude , he stayed clothed. We got caught up comparing our heart issues and lives

  I am regularly naked with my neighbour. She is an older and sexy lady who has been topless a couple of times with me .
  There is a sexual element but we are both seeing others ( who are both ok with a nature of the friendship) so have kept things platonic. Just lol

  Not directly, but once I was gardening nude in what I thought was a private area of my garden, seemingly out of sight of the neighbours. Then recently we were investigating having security cameras installed and asking around, I got my neighbours opinion. "Sure" he said. "Come over and Ill show you our system". To my surprise he had clear visibility of my horticultural antics recorded from one of his cameras mounted high on his side wall. In clear, 4K, hi res colour!

  The houses behind us are at a higher elevation so the neighbors have a direct view into our back yard and kitchen. There were trees that blacked their view however they have all fallen. We are typically nude in the kitchen and I often go out onto the patio to grill or water plants. Usually early morning or late nights when it is darker. I was grilling the other day going in and out nude. It was early morning and the sun was just coming up. I was not paying attention and one of the neighbors were out on their deck. I heard their kitchen door close and then saw them walking away. After that, I noticed they put a curtain on their kitchen window.

  A couple of times by a former neighbor. She saw me through the privacy fence. Later I was nude in my back yard and usual and she needed help with her mower so she pushed it around and into our back yard where I raised the deck. I raised it too much so she had to bring it back around again. She had already told me she wasnt bothered by my nudity so it was like nothing was out of the ordinary.

  Other neighbors had second story rooms which had a view of half the yard. I dont know if anyone ever saw me, but nothing was ever said if they did. They were on a different street so we didnt know the, and never talked to them.
