  I am thankful for the freedom, and the boost of my self worth.  I am thankful to have found a way to express myself after years of trying to find out what kind of person I am.I am glad to be alive, I am thankful that nudism does not discriminate for or against someone.  All are welcome to be who they are.  what about others?

  ours even have to wear clothes to make a living can come home and do our own chores complety  cool on a hot day and put the thermostat on 80 and still feel cool

  I have found since becoming open about it and visiting the nude beaches, my blood pressure is down and my anxiety is not existent. For that I'm thankful.
