I visited a nude beach only once and loved it! I was blow away by the sun touching all parts of my body and just being free in an outdoor setting with other people all around me. Because of this life altering experience, I would love to get into the nudist lifestyle. Do any of the more experienced people have any advice for how to start out? I'm very shy and want to know the best way to ease into the lifestyle.

DesertRatFeb 18, 2015The first thing you should do is to completely fill out your profile. You don't have to reveal everything about yourself but please be honest in what you do say. It doesn't matter that you're a newbie because we all started somewhere. Go to locations and see if there are any resorts or clubs near to you. Some clubs have nude get-togethers all year long, especially in the northern climates like where you live. Try to make it there as much as you can. You know you already enjoy being nude so joining in should be no problem. Just be yourself and don't try to put on a false front. Its often been said that it's hard to put on airs when you're nude. If you are married or seriously dating, you should bring her into the discussion. Sounds to me as though you already started. You took the biggest step, the first step by going out to the nude beach. Now just continue on. There is no exaxt way of being a nudist as long as you arent breaking laws or using nudism as a way of exhibitionism. To thy own self be true.

Also, start making friends at the beach and find friends that are getting together for nude events such as playoff events at houses, backyard pool parties, etc. Once you have a friend it also opens up visiting resorts. Robert LittleMar 12, 2015Don't know where you live, but there are a number of Korean spas here in LA and a few other major U.S. cities where nudity is mandatory (in same-gender areas). Those are a lot of fun, very relaxing, and thought it's not really "nudism" per se are a good way to get comfortable with social nudity. Good luck!
