Most my friends know that I am totally comfortable nude and that I dont get embarrassed. So on a dare a few years ago they dared me to waterski at the lake nude the next time we all went out. My only reservation about it was the legal factor of doing that on a public lake. Therefore, as a consession on thier dare they got me a skin colored speedo swimsuit. I put it on with a lifejacket and skiied around the lake waving at all the people in the other boats that were pointing and laughing. I didnt get 'busted' for doing it.... however my friends busted me out for a long time after that in good humor saying "only someone like me would even dare" Gotta say it was alot of fun.

I have not skied in many years myself, anyway, I was never that good, just able to get up, go back and forth across the wake a few and such. No ski jumps, heh.
Maybe next time you will go the full monty as it were.

The ski vest is absolutely necessary, but seems to take away the sensation of being totally nude. Still a blast though. I like to go during the week when the crowd has thinned out. Also, less of a chance of the rangers catching me! Same with nude boating.ReactReply

ToroSDApr 15, 2013Does unintentional nudity count? some years ago in New Zealand I had to borrow a spring suit to water ski in, it didn't fir too well, so after a wipe-out, I was floating around naked. It took a few passes for the boat to get the suit, after that I just gave up (good excuse at the time) and finished my turn naked. No more wipe-outs, but the running joke the rest of the holiday was how much lake water left, um, inside me...

Lakeman221Jan 15, 2016I have been wanting to water ski nude,too. I think it would be best without the PFD so as to be TOTALLY nude. Maybe on a river somewhere and be able to go several miles in one shot. I would have to ski more conservatively since not wearing a life jacket, but that would be fine with me, as long as I got to do it and did not get in any trouble for it.
