  Read a book. There are many books about nudism and nudists available in Amazon kindle. I recommend "the volunteer" by D H Jonathan and "The Unsworth Manor nudes" by P Z Walker. If you feel kinky, try the "Velvet glove" by Emma Holly.

Getting outside, and getting fresh air is not only mentally healthy, it is physically healthy. This doesn't mean you gather 50 of your closest friends together, it means *just you* (including anyone you're living with anyway). I'm fortunate that I have a 1/2 acre lot with a private back yard.   Totally cleaned house, working on yard, sorting decades of old junk. And with projects (including some stuff for my temporarily closed business) lining themselves up. I'm doing more at and for the house than I've ever done! And I'm loving the consecutive days of being sans clothes. Never been able to do it for more than a full day at a time before.

  There are many different types of masks and those that are homemade ( directions available in many places including YouTube) are to protect others from getting the virus if you have it without symptoms. The masks needed for health care workers are specialized and designed to protected them. In any event, stay at home does not necessarily mean stay inside. Getting outside in the fresh air and sunshine can really be a benefit both physically and mentally. Beaches, and parks are being closed because too many people are going to them and not staying at a safe distance. Stay safe. Stay away from others.

  I am lucky as I can exercise so I can take the dog for her walks and, when I go across fields with the current temperatures I can do the field parts nude but, been more careful as there are more people doing walks also so I have to be prepared to put my shorts on quick.

  I live in a rural area, so it is easier to list what I can't do. My weekly shopping trip has turned to once a month. Had to switch from fresh fruits and veggies to canned :-( With the home and ten acres there is a never ending list of projects to do. It's too early to plant the garden here, but can start getting it ready. But woke up to one inch of new snow this morning, may get 2-5 by the time it is done.
  
  I think the guidelines were kept weak, to avoid widespread panic. If 6 feet is good 12 is better ;-) Also 6 feet may be fine indoors, but outdoors in the wind ???? The other day I was outside with wind gusts 35-40 MPH, and started to wonder if 6 miles would have been enough separation :-0 IMHO those guidelines should be considered the minimum you should do.
  
  When this first broke out the government should have offered plans and instructions on how to make face masks. Seems like common sense to me that masks work both ways (incoming and outgoing), but that may have lead to panic.

  I've been working from home, but I can still workout in my basement using the collection of weights I have and I do this naked. I've also taken to walking the neighborhood, usually after dark. No one is out then, I have the streets to myself. It's not so bad. If it was a little warmer, I could be working naked too.

Stay away from others.[/quote] In my country, most local residents (85%) stay in flats ... box-like housing stacked one atop the others. So "Stay at Home" truly means - stay inside. Beaches were closed off just two days ago but the parks remain open for us to exercise SOLO only and be at least 1m of safe distance away from anyone else. This is good, we really need the fresh air and sunshine and the exercises of course.

While I am looking forward to getting back to the gym where I can do a more intense workout than I can at home, I will have trouble getting used to wearing clothes to exercise.

  All I can say is please go to a hospital ER and ICU in a major city like NYC that has been affected and get the real story. I know and have relatives that are nurses and its absolutely disgusting to me that you are calling this a hoax or that was planned, or that cures are being covered up. Even hospitals in lesser affected areas like Sacramento are felling it. If you believe in the freedom of capitalism as I suspect you do then saying cures are being covered up goes completely against that belief. Even if one group were doing something like that another competitor, researcher, university or whatever would develop and come forward with a cure and it would get out through different media channels, word of mouth by doctors and patients, other countries or whatever. Its almost impossible to cover up something that a large portion of the population is working on.

Far from large population centers where thousands of experienced health professionals struggle to save hundreds of thousands of the seriously afflicted (and sometimes succumb to the disease themselves!) it is all too easy to fall prey to the bogus "hoax" theories bandied about on the internet. If first-person accounts from front-line specialists aren't convincing enough, if thousands upon thousands of dead don't mean much to you, witness rival world leaders like Russia's Putin and China's Xi hermetically suited up when they've visited treatment centers, and the UK's Boris Johnson's brush with death. The pandemic is real, folks.
  As for em1dub's assertion that the Nature article he cites "proves" the virus is human engineered: The article proves nothing of the sort. In due course, genome analysis as mentioned in FullSun's reference will confirm or debunk human manipulation, but at this point, "debunk" is the prohibitive favorite. In the meantime, it matters not for how to cope: Practise social distancing (and staying home as much as possible); wash hands carefully, and often,

Human nature is divided, just like in politics, The good, bad and ugly depending on your point of view. History is full of good, but also full of graft greed, and corruption. Don't forget the "Golden Rule", he who has the gold makes the rules and wants more gold. Often those small companies and their patents are bought out for obscene amounts of money, other times at legal gun point, ever heard of hostile takeover? University Patents are sold to manufacturers to do with as they please. Examples of greed, (1) Insulin costs in the US vs the rest of the world. (2) Remember a few years ago when Epipens jumped from around $60 to over $700. The young guy that had taken over the company was quoted as saying basically, If they want to live they will pay the price I set. (3) Have you seen the ambulance chaser commercials about a AIDs med with bad side effects, and the company developed a safer med. But held the safer one till the patent ran out on the first one. The US has for a long time paid more for medical drugs than our neighbors, My parents winter in AZ and often make the trip to Mexico for meds. And being in MN there have been a number of organised bus trips to Canada to buy $300 (here) of Insulin for $30. All of it is the same brand and label.

  Gordy57, I agree wholeheartedly with your last post. My post was directed at others such as reuben and gregoryps posts which read as very conservative to me. Thus the generalized phrase freedom of capitalism The greed that infects the system is a major problem as we saw in 2008 where they got greedy with mortgages and packaging up bad ones and selling them as investment vehicles causing everything to crumble.

  I have to dig up the reference but Ive reads about how Ronald Reagan was known for saying Trust but Verify generally in relation to arms treaties etc. but he also used it in relation to Wall Street saying essentially we need to trust capitalism but it does need to be watched and regulated due to the greed factor. The concept has been lost for Republicans.

  One of the things I've noticed during the stay at home order is that I've become much more aware of my body. Is that a sore throat coming on? Is that cough new or just my usual morning throat clearing? Did I short of breath quicker today during my walk? This increased body awareness has heightened my desire to be nude. Usually at this time of year I've just started to think about getting back to nature. Most of my usual haunts have been shut down for the near future. My reaction has been to be nude more at home. No one is coming to visit. I have no place to be. So I'm nude. Of some concern is that my wife doesn't share in my enjoyment of nudity. She tolerates but does not participate. With the stay at home directives, we are home together quite a bit and I am missing my outdoor time. I have managed to grab a little time on the deck and I will get the paper off the front porch nude. In pre-dawn hours I've gone to get the mail or take the trash and recycling to the curb. I'm trying to figure out how hundreds of people, some of whom are openly carrying weapons, protesting stay at home orders are less of a threat to society than I am sitting on my deck enjoying a cup of coffee in the nude.

  Most people are not aware of the fact that all viruses and bacteria can be electrocuted inside our bodies by targeting them with specific frequencies. But since it was so simple and cheap to do that and would eliminate the sale of a lot of expensive drugs and many procedures the medical system depends on for their financial foundation, the technology was thrown out long ago and made illegal for doctors to use. And pretty much all doctors have never heard of it.
  My mother was very intelligent, in college she was taking chemistry loving it and getting strait A's. She decided to not pursue a career but stay home, get a farm and home school her children. And my dad cooperated with her plan and worked faithfully to support it. She was basicly an unofficial research scientist, constantly studying anything and everything that hit her fancy. My sister died at 10 but my brother and I followed suit and continued our own research into many things. Due to my extensive research in several areas I see behind the scenes and see what's going on in a number of areas. And the evil I've uncovered in several areas of life is just horrendous. If suppression of good technology and inventions had not been done for power and money we'd live in an entirely different kind of world by now. All disease would have been virtually eliminated, except what people bring on themselves by their bad diets and lifestyle. We'd all be driving cars that run on apparently nothing, or flying around in personal aircraft that run on seemingly nothing, that could also stop in mid-air and not fall. (gravity can be controlled electrically) Many of us would be living in wonderful environmentally controlled green spaces with zero energy consumption. Food production in cold or other unfriendly climates would have become cheap and easy. Just a one time setup expense for fully heated, cooled and lighted greenhouses and run free forever after. But instead of all that an evil agenda of control and greed has taken over the world and stopped all that from happening.
  Then there's our extensive research into bible prophecy and it's direct fulfilment in history since it was given. Take the detailed prophecies of the book of Daniel, compare them carefully with historical documents of what happened all through the ages. They match up flawlessly. But since the way it was all fulfilled so perfectly, incriminates mainline Christianity as the culprits for perpetrating evil against all good (under the guise of a profession of religion) most people are not willing to accept the way it has gone or recognize the way it's headed. Denominational pride blocks their comprehension. Therefore when the final scenes start to happen most will not recognize it for what it is, get scared and fall for the deceptions. But what it all means is that there definitely is a God up there somewhere who knows exactly what's going to happen in detail centuries before it happens, and the exact timing of the arrival of Jesus Christ was given some 500 years before he arrived on the scene. But it's also clear that we're living right down at the end of time when evil will try to take over and force everyone to transgress God's law in some way. And when they come to the place of attempting to kill off everyone who still obeys God's law fully, (doing it under the guise and premise of obeying God and pleasing Him) Jesus Christ will show up and take over. But it's been revealed and fully described also the horrendous disasters that will precede his coming, and how Lucifer (the devil) will put on a huge "second coming of Christ" act and try to deceive everyone into worshipping him thinking he's the Christ. So watch out, we're in for a pretty rough ride and this is but the bare beginnings of it. We should also be aware that there will be such terrible disasters they will kick this earth out of it's orbital track, sending the earth off on a death trip to oblivion, something no one but our Creator can fix, and in desperation to get God to fix it the officials and people in general will even further anger Him by blaming those who keep God's law just as he wrote it on rock, for offending God. When it's actually those very ones who are His special people. God will not fix earths trouble at that time, instead he will rip off all His people and everyone else will drop dead. (no secret rapture, that's error) The bible describes it all in detail, just have to put it all together like a puzzle, all the pieces fit together perfectly when ya get them all lined up and figure out what goes where. And so far it's all happened exactly as predicted.
  
  If someone predicts a series of events and 95% of those events happen exactly as predicted. What chance should be put on the last 5% happening right on time? I'd put it at right about 100% chance myself.

Sorry, but its not possible to essentially brainwash and control 7 billion people as you claim or control the laws in hundreds and hundreds of countries. When someone builds a better cheaper mousetrap it will come to light as some one or some company is going to see the advantage in volume sales of a cheaper/better solution.
