Working from Home - Nude or Not? — Things to do nude on True Nudists

Due to the current social situation, I have found myself working from home about 3 days per week. Yup, you guessed it, totally naked. My clients do not know (of course) and it is like heaven getting out of bed in the morning and not have to get dressed at all for the entire day. I have been way more productive and get about 10 hours worth of work done in about 6 hours.

I did have to put on a shirt a few times for Skype Meetings. No pants though. It makes me wonder, how many of the other 6 people on the call were pantless?

Anyone else working nude at home?

What a cool topic and its been great to read all these posts. I have to share my two cents.... yes I think we should all try to work nude from home if feasible. My job wont allow it when Im actually there, but from home there are many opportunities I can do what I need to do nude. Even if I have to get on cam, I only put on a nice blouse or sweater (I gave up bras a long time ago).
I love how this is the first time in my life where I think I can truly embrace the nudist in me. When I get to marry my professional life and my personal life with nudity, I finally feel like a complete person, like my two halves are joined. Im loving it,... bah dah ba ba baaa sorry, corny joke, couldnt resist.

When I go answer the door, I put a robe on. When I go on cam, I'll put on a shirt or sweater and let people imagine that I'm fully dressed. Remember, we're all naked under our clothes!

I was in a Zoom meeting wearing a t shirt and my 5" inseam gym short. I stood up to get something and someone said "If you are in your boxers you shouldn't stand up." I just said "They're gym shorts" and sat down Should have said "I would never do that since I don't own underwear" but though that might be TMI.

Sometimes nude and always shirtless. When live services started again, I found the advantages of being there in person outweighed the burden of having to get dressed!

I worked in office environments for 30 years, so zero opportunity to work without any clothing. I then did consulting work from my home office for the next 13 years, most of my working time was in the nude. I had very little face-to-face interactions with my clients, as it was 95% +/- computer based work. Being nude certainly DID NOT affect my productivity. Actually just being at home and not having to deal with interruptions on a regular basis helped me maintain better focus on my work and get more done. Mostly, being nude just made the days go by much quicker and less boring. I retired several years ago and havent changed my ways, I am still able to be naked 11 to 12 hours a day (24 hr day), sometimes more, sometimes less. I have enjoyed being nude for as long as I can remember, it just feels good.

Did those of you who routinely work nude at home start as soon as you were working from home or go through a transition process when you dressed casually or partially dressed?

As the weather got warmer I transitioned into working nude. But I was still working from our dining room table, so if the lawn guys showed up I at least put on shorts and a tee shirt. As it started getting colder again, I stopped working nude. When our company announced earlier this year that we were permanently moving to a hybrid model where we give up our permanent offices but can sign an office out when needed, I cleaned out my home office space so I could set up a proper office. As it got warmer again I went back to working nude while at home, and now can do so even while the lawn guys are here. We spent the long 4th weekend at a local nude resort and other than a couple of hours Tuesday and today that I had to go into the office, I've stayed nude all week since returning. My way of celebrating nude recreation week!

I have spent much of the last year working from home and being nude at the same time. Have to be very careful with video calls. Initially use a shirt I could put on when needed. But then we moved away from using video because of the bandwidth so now my camera is covered and I rarely use it.
Nice being nude and working.

My work from home experience meant less nudity. I retired a couple of months before local work from home edicts came into place. It was Summer here, so I had been enjoying being able to be nude not only inside but in the 75 percent of my back yard that was private enough, as nearly all my neighbours went to work. Suddenly I had neighbours at home all the time, and only 10 percent of my yard was private enough not to be viewed by neighbours on the high side. Result - after a year I sold and moved, as the neighbours made it clear that their businesses were going to continue with work from home.

When he retired, he got involved in more community activities and spent more time working in his yard, which is open to busy streets on 2 sides. He was nude less often than before he retired.

For those of you who work nude at home, did you do so right away or go through stages of more casual and or less coverage until you finished the progression and worked nude?

For me it was in stages, mainly because at the start of the lockdowns I was just working from my dining room table. Then early last year our company announced that we were all going to turn in our offices and go to a hybrid schedule where we could sign out an office when we needed to be onsite. That was the push I needed to clean out my old home office and have a proper work setup. Since we have a fishtank in that room it is the hottest room in the house. While it is warm if I am working from home (usually Mondays, Fridays, and the last couple of hours each day the rest of the week) I am nude. We are just starting to get to where it is warm enough to do so this year.

I have always been naked at home, work included. The only exception is if I need to be on camera but then it is just a shirt.

He keeps the camera focused on his face and if someone sees enough of his shoulders and upper chest to realize that he isn't wearing a shirt he doesn't care. He is a semi retired independent consultant so he probably has more flexibility than a regular full-time employee would.
