Can a moderator with women and coouples only profile moderate fairly?

Moderators continually ban users for stating their gender or sexuality in the chat room. Yet, their own profiles not only check the list for what they are but r he theyve gone out of their way to say no men in their profile introductions and straights only. Now, since these profiles that stated that dont want to speak to men then were blocked by me. (Remember RRAD THE PROFILE rants they always say? ). I have been banned from chatting in the room. Banned for literally following exactly what their profiles say and not contacting them??)

More importantly, imagine a sporting referring who said in the social media no Dallas cowboy fans no Manchester united fans would we allow them to be impartial judges during games?

This is not ALL moderators on this site, it is a select few, but the other moderators will not speak out or else have no say in their colleagues continually breaking the rules.
