Can anyone explain how I can pay for a membership upgrade using alertPay? The tag below my photo on my page says I can use alertPay to upgrade. I opened an alertPay account, but when I tried to upgrade for a year's membership, and click on continue it takes me to a credit card site. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Yes, it's a Zimbo form that only asks for credit card information, which I guess I can do, or send in a check. But I opened a payAlert account just so I can upgrade, but don't know how. I think I'll just send in a check if I don't hear from someone soon. Thanks.

Thanks, NudeinMA, for the information. As I said, the prompt on my profile page said "upgrade with AlertPay," or something like that so I opened an account with alertPay and tried to upgrade. No luck. I'm just going to send them a check because I really enjoy this site and want to help support the effort. Thanks again for the research.

I used zambio, received a confirmation number from them and it hit my credit card. That was 8/30. My account still hasn't been updated. I have messaged multiple times with no response. There is no contact phone number, only mailing address. My recommendation is to not waste your time or money on this until proven to work correctly.
