Afraid to be vulnerable

Many of us still feel fear about nudism. We may be afraid to meet new people or we may be afraid to go to nudist clubs. Sometimes we have valid reasons for our fears. Perhaps we've had bad experiences in the past. Maybe we've seen people who call themselves nudists but were predators in disguise. This is a place to discuss your fears. We will not judge you. We will not tell you to get over your fears. We will support you as you sort through your fears to determine whether you want to overcome your fears or not.

1. Respect the fear. Don't patronize someone for being afraid. 2. Speak from your own perspective only. Don't try to speak for anyone else. 3. No agendas. Don't come here with any intention to persuade people to think like you do. 4. Don't fix. It's okay to share information but don't play junior psychologist and try to fix people here. It is the goal to make this group feel safe and along those lines, more rules may be added later. Violators of these rules will be booted and/or banned.
