Beginners yoga via cam

For people that would like to start nude yoga live on cam. I am one of those people. If you are interested trying we can learn together or if have even a basic understanding please join us and show us how to start. My reason is that I am getting older and stiffer. I need to stretch , but in a proper way, I am hoping someone can help. This all totally free, just people that need to learn proper method of stretching.
