Fractional Ownership Groups

I set this group up to see if anyone would be interested in the concept for fractional ownership. Fractional ownwership is similar to timeshare except the members actually own a proportional share of the equity i.e. the assets of the group and any income derived from the assets. If there is enough interest I would be happy to expand on the idea.

Anyone genuinly interested in fractional ownership of a suitable Naturist property or even a small to medium sized resort.
