Gay Nudist Intentional Community/Co-Housing?

This group is for anyone interested and/or actively seeking to move into an intentional gay nudist community, where nudity, nature, and communal living is the intention. As a gay naturist, I've been thinking about moving into a nudist community for a while and I'm now serious about it. I feel that we as gay men already have a small space in the world as a minority group, and being a nudist only makes our world even smaller. Factor these facts in with the increasing pandemic of lonliness in society and it's easy to see why an intentional community makes sense. I would have loved to move to Deanza Springs Resort in San Diego, but unfortunately, new textile money-hungry real estate investors bought it and destroyed the culture of freedom by banning nudism. The same thing has happened to Olive Dell, and sadly this seems to be universal trend as capitalism increases and nudism continues to be taboo. So, I've decided that I'm going to have to be the change I want to see by being proactive in creating the community I desire. I have been casually looking at properties for sale and doing research in my region, but it is a challenge to do this alone, so I figured I'd create this group to attract others who might also be interested, bounce ideas of each other, and to discuss potenital long-term options. I'm focused on the SoCal area but anyone around the country or world is welcome to share ideas and contribute to this group.??☮️???
