Pine Meadow Lake

Beautiful hike to 2 beautiful lakes. Lake wanosink and pine meadow lake. Wanosink is smaller and more intimate while pine meadow is a bit larger and offers some nice cliff jumps. Camping is allowed, many spots to tent and make a fire. Take 7 lakes drive off of either rt 17 in sloatsburg or off of the palisades parkway and park at the sebago boat launch. Walk across street and follow the blue and white marked trail for about 1.5 miles. Moderate terrain hike but very nice. You will find the first lake, lake wanosink and then pine meadow.
