We are a couple of fit and active silver foxes having the best time of our lives. We were each born nude and have ever since thrived to remain that way. We certified and are AANR members.

We would love to me other active couples for social recreation. We are NOT seeking to meet single men.

Our interests include swimming, bicycling, hiking, kayaking, and ballroom dancing.

We like a wide range of music, particularly if it helps make a person feel happier. Ironically, we enjoy the blues, in that blues often does impart a hopeful message sometime by the last verse. Good rock is always fun, especially if you can understand the words. And country is OK as long as it doesn't get too into dogs and pickup trucks. Bluegrass can be fun as long as they don't try to sing too often. It can too easily distract from a good banjo rift.

Positive themes or even the so-called "message-movies" are fun for us.

Cole's paternal grandmother was all of 85 years young when she complete her BA degree. She remained fit and active up until her last breath at 101 1/2.rnrnStephanie's mum is 90 and still lives on her own and maintains her driver's license. Also, she takes not a single pill for her health.
