60 Mile Breast Cancer Walk

Hi all, So me and Ben are walking the 60 mile breast cancer walk in San Diego! We'd love to know if anyone else is doing it or wants to do it! We have a team-- Sole Mates. I've never done anything like this, but for some reason everything came together this year for me and I felt compelled. Bernard, being the wonderful and supportive man that he is, signed up and we created a tiny team. We're walking for my family friend Carol and a mother of one of my students. We're also walking for all women, men, children, families, and friends affected by this disease. It's a scary reality that so many people are diagnosed with cancer at an alarming rate. We really do believe everyone should have a lifetime! Message of the night- Turn to a woman in your life and tell her how much she means to you and how your life would not be the same without her in it! We all need to be grateful for each and every moment we have-- and enjoy all the wonderful people who come into our lives. Although we haven't been on this site long- we've already made great connections! We're grateful for communities, people, and open minds like those on this site! Have a great night, Sarah and Ben
