A warm autumn run

It was so warm the other morning I took the dog out along the river just over a mile from the town centre at 5am, stripped off and ran 200 yards up stream and back. Fortunately no neighbours up that early. Gotta make the most of some unseasonal mildness! Anyone else getting out and about?? Andrew.
