Free speech needs policing against CENSORSHIP SURVEILLANCE and TOTALITARIANISM!! Otherwise, THERE DOES NOT NEED TO BE POSITIVE CENSORSHIP nor POSITIVE SURVEILLANCE. Neither should NEVER EVER EVER there be TOTALITARIANISM!! So yeah, Free speech, to a healthy extent. No Threats against Individuals, no pronouncements of serious intent to do anything bodily harmful, and of course, ALWAYS ALLOW FOR CRITICISM OF INSTITUTIONS!! NO CENSORSHIP OF REASONABLY COMPLIANT FREE SPEECH!! IF YOU HAVE FREE SPEECH, YOU SHOULD ALLOW IT, BUT NOT TOTALITARIANISM, AND NOT CENSORSHIP ON EITHER SIDE EITHER.
