Can`t access chat

Been trying to access the chatroom for a while, but my internet connection is so weak it won't load. I don't have internet of my own, i been bouncing off the neighbors connection, but its weak because of the distance. So if anyone wants to chat, just gonna have to write me, but if i don't get back to you, its because i get so many emails, so bare with me LOL
