CHAT

I seem to have a problem. I was booted out of chat on the weekend for not showing my whole face which is not written as a requirement anywhere. I am lead to believe that this is usually only for 24 hours. Its now nearly 60 hours and when I send emails asking what is going on I get no reply. I wouldnt mind if I was a free member but as a paid member I believe I have a right to know. This morning when I voiced my disappointment in the certified chat room...the one I am allowed !! in my chat was edited....I would really like an answer from big brother or my money back!!
