Commonly Used Picture here on TN

We found this picture being posted numerous times (actually 8 individual members have used it). Does this mean that we have TN members who download and repost other members pictures for use on their own profiles? Or is it just some type of bug in the TN site software that copies and pastes a picture from one profile into other memories profiles in error? Or could it be that we have a single member that has created 8 different profiles and uses common pictures?
