I'm really confused about the lack of posts in the various groups created on this site. I personally belong to four different groups, some which show a fairly large number of members yet no one seems to post very much, unlike other sites on which I participate. Why? Can it be the difficulty in getting your posts to appear? I've found after making an entry and clicking ENTER I get a blank screen for me to post a message. But, if I will backspace andI will find my message still there and by hitting ENETER again it WILL actually appear on the site. I'm not really computer savvy but can this process not be made more user friendly so one may write a message (also need the opportunity to edit before sending it on), hit ENTER once and see the post appear as intended? Now, on a different point, awhile back I wrote a letter to the Sheriff, Clark County DA, and Nevada Attorney General regarding my rights and obligations when practicing nudity within my home and yard, and the MUST coverage to walk down my street to the mailbox. Well, I received a non-answer from the Sheriff's Department today (Martina Geinzer, ESq., Litigation Manager, Risk Management Section, Office of General Counsel) in which she stated: "Unfortunately we are unable to assist you (regarding my legal rights to go nude in and around my residence). The Sheriff is statutorily prohibited to practice law, and answering your questions would constitute such practice. You may want to contact anttorney regarding your rights and obligations, review the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes (laws) and case law on the matter." NOTE: Parenthetical inserts are mine or found in the first paragraph of the letter outside the quoted paragraph but true to what Ms. Geinzer stated. I'm not done with this issue. As I stated I sent the same letter to the DA and AG (attorneys) and will follow p with Ms. Geinzer regarding law enforcement - i.e. based upon my original questions (including nude driving) would I be subject to citation or arrest for my actions? Isn't it amazing how when it regards the law it is so difficult to get honest and direct answers? As nudists we are the ones made to believe we MUST hide from publiuc view. Why can't the roles be reversed and clothing required resorts be the standard for those who are offended by nudity? Why can't we be offended by seeing clothed bodies? Well there's my rant for now. I do hope for some answers from my fellow nudists. Jim Livin' naked and free
