June 22-28, span id="lw_1243092003_0" class="yshortcuts" style="cursor: hand; border-bottom: #0066cc 1px dashed;"The Naturist Society/span is holding its annual "Eastern Naturist Gathering" at the span id="lw_1243092003_1" class="yshortcuts" style="cursor: hand; border-bottom: #0066cc 1px dashed;"Eastover Resort/span in span id="lw_1243092003_2" class="yshortcuts" style="background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; cursor: hand; border-bottom: medium none;"Lenox, MA/span, USA, the western part of the state known as span id="lw_1243092003_3" class="yshortcuts"The Berkshires/span. It is a week-long event at a facility that is otherwise non-nudist, but converts to accommodate nudists for this week each year. Unfortunately, this will be the last Gathering at this location, as Eastover is scheduled to close after this season due to the economy. A new venue is already being sought for next year's Gathering. The Eastern Naturist Gathering is an event of some size -- typically, 500 to 750 men, women and children attend. It's sponsored by the national group, The Naturist Society. It is one of the biggest events run by The Naturist Society all year, and is one of the largest clothing-optional events in the country. At this event you will meet great people, and have great times due in large part to an extensive span id="lw_1243092003_6" class="yshortcuts" style="background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; cursor: hand; border-bottom: medium none;"events schedule/span that includes workshops, games, sports, a talent show, nightly dancing, movies, tasty meals and more . span id="lw_1243092003_7" class="yshortcuts"The Gathering/span starts on Monday and ends at noon Sunday. Rooms at various prices and camping are available. Prices are VERY reasonable. This event is the "Big One" ... and not to be missed. And while you don't have to be a The Naturist Society member to attend -- being a TNS member isn't a bad deal, either -- you get 'N' magazine (my picture has appeared in it several times), and a discount on grounds fees at many (but not all) nudist parks , and a discounted registration fee at the Gathering. I'll be there giving and taking workshops. My favorite workshops to take are the photography workshops where I can both model and take pictures. I will be giving Active Stretching workshops and a pain relief workshop for arms and hands. I will be offering massages and participating in the free massage drop-in. I hope to see you there.
