THESE RISKS JEOPORDIZE PRIVACY AND PERSONAL SECURITY OF PERSONS IN FRANCE OF INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN FRANCE AND POSE RISKS BROADLY TO THE EUROPEAN UNION, AND POSE RISKS TO THE G.D.P.R.
