Gunnison nude beach in Sandy Hook, NJ?

Any advice about going to or staying in Sandy Hook and Gunnison nude beach? Is it a legal nude beach? Any advice... comments would be appreciated. When is it likely to be over 70 degrees there? We are looking at staying at the Fairbanks hotel. It looks pretty plain but is on the water. Thanks! We are certified nudists and will accept friend requests from other certified members.
