In Defense of Tech Support

I have read many complaints about Tecdh Support and believe pople aren't projecting them selves into TN's position. I was an early member here when there were less than 400 members. I used to ask questions and get answers within a day. Now the site has grown to over 12,500 in less than a year, and assuming that TN is probably doing this by himself and maybe has a few parttime volunteers I think he is doing a tremendous job. Since the cost of running a site is costing him money and there is minamal income from advertisings and Donations I would believe he is probably paying a major part of the expense himself/herself (IDoes anyone know if TN is male of female?). Remember this is not a paid site, You are not paying to use this site. TN is either wealthy or he may acdtually hold down a job in addition to maintaining this site. No it is not perfect, but it is pretty damn good for what it is, a free privately run site with lots of features. So instead of bitching because he/she hasn't reacted to something you want done just think for once of everything he has given us as a gift, no strings attached.
