that it the way the wold works, princess. there is the illusion that is propagated by nudist that we comprise a supportive, inclusive community that welcomes all no matter what we bring to the community as long as we are respectful and true to the nudist cause. as we all know the fact is very different. if you read the blogs and pay attention to what is said in the chats, we are devised by people who think there are only true nudist or naturist and all others. any one who has an ounce of individuality, sexuality, or intreats in anything other than worrying about who is showing what to who and where they are showing it, are not true to the cause. the nudist community is as subdivided as any other community and the organizational component is interested in promoting a false unified front that is more interested in kicking people out that they don't feel fits the mold than inviting people in and being inclusive. it takes a lot more than being willing to take your clothes off in a social/public situation to consider your self progressive. for the most part, the nudist movement is not progressive, just as conservative, homophobic, racist, sexists, and unwelcoming as most other communities throughout the world. does that mean you should give up on it? i don't fit the big tent picture of what the "true nudist" want. i realize that and have decided to find out where i fit in the community and be an active participant in making the nudist movement more inclusive and reflective of what real life (at least from my perspective) is and can be. I you want to leave, we will miss you. If you decide to stay, i for one will always fight to make sure there is a place for people like you and i who don't fit the majority mold. just my oinion.
