Lanzarote March 09

My Holiday was great, the plane was delayed by 5 hours, so missed out on the first afternoon. But a week goes fast when you are enjoying yourself, Lots of Sun, Lots of Food, Lots of Wine, Lots of reading (I actually read a book in one day, The Shack by William P Young, it was excellent) and Lots of Sleeping, Now that was a good week. The weather was around 20 to 23C day time and just a little cooler at night, as i have been there a couple times before i knew what the apartment, Restaurant and supermarket were like. it is just so good getting out of bed and opening the front door to be greeted with sunshine and warm air and breakast outside, it feels so good to have the sun and the breeze gently blowing over the whole of the body, but then you know that any way, hehe, The village was quite when I was there but I was told that February was very busy. for those who know the island I was at Cahrco del palo, near Mala in the north east the village was originally started by the Germans as a natirist village and has been added to over the years so you are able to be naked any whjere within the village and coast line. so if you went no where it is truly 24/7 naked time. shopping in the supermarket and eating in the restaurant then you waer clothes. normally i walked to the supermarket nakjed, put on a pair of shirts to go into the supermarket and took them off as soon as i was outside again. i did my usual visits tp Jameos del agua Cuvea se los Verdes Mirador del Rio when i left Lanzarote it was 23C and when I arrived at Glasgow airport it was 6C wet, cold and windy and when i got home i could see snow on the hills behind my flat, bbbbrrrrr So i had a very relaxing and quite wee, just what I needed. plenty of sleep lots of reading loads of sun bathing i now have a big fat tummy from eating too much, hehe and the wine, yea the wine, hic up OH and yea being naked almost 24/7, hehe Peter
