My Best Friend

My best friend in the whole world is my dog Tootsie, she has been my constant companion for almost ten years. Three weeks ago she was diagnosed with Bone Cancer and it progressed very rapidly. Last Friday 08/21/09 she was put to sleep. I held her as her heart stopped at 4:44PM. My house feel so empty, it used to be even when she was sleeping on the couch and not making a sound I still felt her presence, we had a connection. I miss her terribly and this was the hardest decision I have ever had to make my whole life.
