Welcome one and all from everywhere. Come on Kiwis its time to share. An opportunity is looking good for us and we would be looking for investors. Taking over the lease of a motel in Rotorua. This would be a clothing optional complex, with pools and spas, restaurant and right on the main road. International flights from Sydney to Rotorua twice a week, and lots of fun parks geysers and boiling mud. Sailing on the local lakes, even able to accommodate some with disabilities.
