Picture deletion???

Everytime I post a new picture, it is deleted by the administrator. I am following the rules and yet it seems that they feel the need to delete my pics each time. Anyone else having the same problem? I have seen other similar pictures on other profile pages and yet these are never deleted? Is it because I'm not a paying member? Real incentive to upgrade!!
