Uncut is how a penis should be. Nature put that protective skin there for a reason: a protective measure for the glans (the head) You may argue that it's removed for sanitary reasons, however nearly all men can pull back and keep clean very easily. Some men do have problems and cannot get the skin back far enough to properly cleanse. They need medical attention. Many doctors will not do circumsissons any longer. I think many do it for the money. Males & females are born with many kinds of genital malformations like other odd informalities that require attention. Anyway, from much research that i've done on the subject, those who keep the skin have considerable more sensitivity. Besides my lady loves it.
