Rearange file pictuers

Hopefully there is someone out there that can provide me with instructions as to how I would rearrange my file pictuers? I would like to place them in an orderly fashion. When they were originally downloaded I made an effort to do just that, But Truenudists.com had other ideas and now my pictuers are every which way. A friend in need.................Leonenude.
