Rejected again!

I'm really having a hard time figuring out what's wrong with my pics, why they keep getting rejected. I have read the rules many times, I have made sure there's nothing in them that would cause problems, my face is completely visible... I hope I'm not so unsightly that no one wants to see me. Yeah, you start to take it a little personally after a while! Oh well. I'll try again. Let's see what happens this time...
