Removing pictures

I am really frustrated someone keeps removing my pictures. I see a lot on here that do not follow the guidelines. If I post them on my profile they are removed immediately. Then I go to groups that match the subject matter and after a day or two they are removed. I don't like this treatment. Can anyone help me?
