Sauna and Nudity

So many people around the world do ask me if sauna in Switzerland are really nude. Yes - they are, even public saunas are. There are some hotels who allow speedos in saunas but not many. It is a common habit to just take off all your clothes and be nude. To explain the reason why you have to be nude in saunas is very simple: hygiene comes first and nobody want to have the sweat in your own clothes, full stop. You have to shower after a sauna trip anyway and showring in Switzerland is nude as well. In school we shower nude and in public Spa's we shower nude. So happy with that and yes, we are liberal in that respect. Hope this spreads out to other countries around the world.
