True Nudist Certification

A bulletin was sent concerning whether someone who has not taken the time to become certified can be considered a True Nudist. I don't decide whether people are true nudists according to their certification. Some people become certified but when you see how they act, here and at naturist venues, it becomes clear they are not true nudists. Certification only tells you the person is who he or she says they are. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm sure there are plenty of true nudists who have yet to be certified, and may not even want to be. Certification has its advantages and is certainly recommended. But I would never see it as a guarantee of any sort.
