Visit Magic Circle in Quartzsite,Az

I just got back from a clothing optional place called Magic Circle. This area is just south of Quartzsite, Az and is smack dab in the middle of the desert. A person would ask, " Why go to the desert?", and I must admit, I asked myself the same question before I went. I was invited to go for, for the first time, by a freind I met on the truenudists sight just a week before. He also had never been there and was curious. We met in Quartzsite, followed the instruction from a copied page off the internet for directions and by 10 am we had oujr clothes off, enjoying the rays of the sun on out naked buns. He and I talked for about 3 hours, had a couple of beers and he had to return to his home early. I, on the other hand was prepared to camp out, prepacking my sleeping bag, some grub, and watcer. Also I took aloong my metal detector to pass time hoping to find my fortune in a gold or meteor nugget. My fortune came not in gold but in friendship and meeting all the wonderful perment residents ( 120day residents) of the nudist area. I chatted with quite a few and was also invited to stay the night with a couple in their motor home. I took advantage of the offer since a terrential rain had started and rained the remainder of the night. Sadness came only in my leaving the next morning due to the cloudy skys. My special thenks go out to Luke, Boogie, Sue, Rose and all the other fine people I met making my experiance a day worth remembering my entire life. Ed
