Wanna Join a Rural Self-Sustaining Organic Farm Community?

What I REALLY want to do, is to start a small, self-sustaining, naturist oriented retreat center/farm on some rural land in a warm-ish climate here in the U.S.A. The focus would be on organic gardening for an income, and perhaps operating a wood-fired, Finnish style sauna for additional revenue during the wintertime. It would be an environment of peace and natural surroundings in which to live, raise children, pursue your art or trade...whatever in a very peaceful, safe environment. No karaoke, beer nights, DJ, swinging, etc. Just tranquility, discussion, great food from the garden, sitting around the fire, hiking, massage, movies, music making....old fashioned things like that. Not stuffy, don't get me wrong. Playful too!! Think cross between a hippie commune and a very neat, organized and beautiful co-housing situation - maybe even minimalist modern but earthy and natural. Anybody else interested in something like this? We could do it!! Ive been looking for good, secluded, private land for almost 3 years now. I've got some good ideas and leads, but I need yours!
