What the hell is wrong with the people at this website !

I've been waiting for a week for my cert as a truenudist it doesnt take that long to verify 2 photos. I've sent 4 or 5 e-mails to contact us where it says that they answer your questions with in 24 hrs. I'm sorry but I have to call BULLSHIT ! I havent heard a GOD DAMN thing and I'm starting to get PISSED ! If someone would have e-mailed me back like it says with in 24 hrs. and told me what the hold up was everything would be fine but no not a word,I dont know SHIT about running a website but I know that this is not the way to do it !
