Whats in a Name

This was prompted by my friend ValleyView. Basically, what does your user name mean? Mine was given to me back when I was working in Mental Health. My role was rehabilitation through Horticulture (I'm a nurseryman by trade), and the motto of the place I was working at was "Growing People". My clients and I had a huge amount of fun, working together to assist them to manage their illnesses, and to cope with everyday life. Because of my skills in almost every area of horticulture, they named me Grow Boy, and the name stuck! What do your names mean?
