Why blame the upgrades for the slowdown?

With all due respect, I have seen absolutely no slowdown at all following the latest upgrade and never noticed anything happen the previous times. Could there be a problem with Internet in your areas? Are you still on low speed service? Dial-up? There could be any number of reasons why your service is slower. If this was system-wide, I'd be experiencing problems, too. So far, nothing wrong on my end.
