Why don't you fill out your profile?

Hi there, am fairly new to the site and have found so many don't bother to fill out there profile, why is this? Do you find it frustrating, saves someone asking the same boring questions, as if they have read your profile it gives a little insight to who you are, and if they are the sort of person you want to chat with.
